Orders
The point-of-sale Orders screen holds a shop order: the register, branch and terminal, the price list and order type, the items sold and the payments taken. Today it is a bare record. It is not on any menu, its Save checks and calculates nothing, and nothing posts from it.
What it is for
It is the start of a point-of-sale feature. The retail screens that would go with it (POS Terminal, POS Till / Register, POS Shift, POS Cash Movement, POS Return, POS Setting) are configured but have no screen behind them, and their lists (POS Sales, POS Returns, Cashier Performance and others) are not on any menu.

Selling over the counter. Use the Sales Order with Item Issue To Sales Order and the Customer Invoice, see Order to cash.
If something looks wrong
- The payments grid is empty and cannot be filled - the screen places a payments grid that is not registered for it; the registered payments grid is not placed. It never shows.
