What it is for
The Freight and Forwarding screens are data capture only today: nothing in the system reads these records except the screens of this module, and nothing posts. The layout also places a Category field, which is not set up for this screen and never shows.

Scenarios
- Air and sea freight go through different carriers. Make one carrier service per carrier and service.

If something looks wrong
- Save refuses and marks the code. The code is empty, or another record of this screen already uses it. Codes must be unique; type a new one.
