The Freight and Forwarding screens are data capture only today: nothing in the system reads these records except the screens of this module, and nothing posts. The Basic Data tab holds lines of Activity, Notes, Plan Date, Plan Time, Actual Date and Actual Time.

Scenarios

• A forwarder tracks pick-up, customs and delivery for every shipment. Make one activity per step; they are then listed on each shipment order.

What it is connected to

• Shipment Order lists activities per shipment.

If something looks wrong

• Save refuses and marks the code. The code is empty, or another record of this screen already uses it. Codes must be unique; type a new one.
