How do I ask for a reason when a document is reversed?

Create the reasons on Reason, list the screen on each with Required For Reverse ticked.

Before you start​

  • Agree the reasons with the client.

Steps​

  1. Open Reason, New, a code, Create, the text.
  2. On Basic Data, add the screen and tick Required For Reverse.
  3. Save, and repeat for each reason.

Check it worked​

  • Pressing Reverse on that screen offers these reasons.

If something looks wrong​

  • The reason list is empty. No reason lists that screen with Required For Reverse.
