What is Authorization Profile in Businessflo​

In an Authorization Profile, you can assign multiple Authorization Objects, along with their corresponding process codes and specific field conditions, to define access rights based on specific requirements and conditions.

How to Create a Authorization Profile in Businessflo​

  • Module: SA - System Administration
  • Process Code: SAAU - Authorization Profile

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on System Administration -> Authorization -> Authorization Profile
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Authorization Profiles already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Authorization Profile or you can select from the list of corresponding Authorization Profiles to view, edit or delete it.

To create a new authorization profile, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
