What is Authorization Group in Businessflo​

An Authorization Group categorizes users based on their access requirements. Users with similar access rights can be grouped together under an Authorization Group.

How to Create a Authorization Group in Businessflo​

  • Module: SA - System Administration
  • Process Code: SAAG - Authorization Group

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on System Administration -> Authorization -> Authorization Group
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Authorization Groups already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Authorization Group or you can select from the list of corresponding Authorization Groups to view, edit or delete it.

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
