In Businessflo, a Pricing Group is a feature that allows you to group customers or products together for the purpose of applying specific pricing or discount structures. It provides a way to define and manage differentiated pricing strategies based on customer segments or product categories.

By leveraging Pricing Groups, organizations can tailor their pricing strategies to meet the specific needs and preferences of different customer groups, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.

How to Create a Pricing Group in Businessflo​

  • Module: SD - Sales & Distribution
  • Process Code: PIPC - Pricing Group

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Sales & Distribution -> Pricing Profile -> Pricing Group
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Pricing Groups already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Pricing Group or you can select from the list of corresponding Pricing Groups to view, edit or delete it.

To create a new Pricing Group, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
