In Businessflo, a credit rule is a configuration setting that determines how credit limits and credit checks are applied to customers during the sales process. It helps organizations manage credit risk by enforcing credit limits and defining rules for credit approvals or holds based on specific criteria. Credit rules are utilized to monitor and control the credit exposure of customers and ensure that sales orders are processed within acceptable credit limits.
How to Create a Credit Rule in Businessflo
Navigation
- Module: SD - Sales & Distribution
- Process Code: ARCR - Credit Rule
There are two options available to navigate to this screen.
- Click on Sales & Distribution -> Credit Controlling -> Credit Rule
- Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.
The list shows the Certification Authorities already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Credit Rule or you can select from the list of corresponding Certification Authorities to view, edit or delete it.
Process
To create a new Credit Rule, fill in the necessary details:
Now click on Save to save the information provided.
