What is Payment Fee in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, Payment Fees refer to the charges or costs associated with processing various types of payments. These fees are typically incurred when making transactions through certain payment methods or platforms, such as credit cards, debit cards, online payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.

Payment Fees can vary depending on several factors, including the payment method used, the volume or value of the transaction, the merchant's agreement with the payment service provider, and the specific terms and conditions outlined by the payment processor.

How to Create a Payment Fees in Businessflo​

  • Module: AP - Accounts Payable
  • Process Code: APPF - Payment Fees

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Accounts Payable -> Payment -> Payment Fees
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list displays the existing Payment Fees generated in the system. You have the option to either create a new Payment Fees by clicking the "New" button or select from the list of available Payment Feess to view, edit, or delete them.

  • Now click on Save to save the information provided.
